Return & Shipping Policy

Digital Products:
- Shipping is free for all digital products, including software licenses.
- Digital products, such as license keys and download links, are delivered via email within 12 hours of order confirmation. In most cases, delivery occurs within 1-10 seconds after purchase. If you do not receive the license key within 10 seconds, please contact us via phone, email, or WhatsApp.

Physical Products:
- Physical items like PC parts will be shipped within 2 days of order placement.
- Delivery is expected within 4-10 working days via Delhivery, Anjani, or DTDC courier services.
- Shipping is free on all orders, whether digital or physical.
Return, Replacement, and Repair Policy
We deal primarily in Computer and CCTV parts. The return, replacement, or repair of products is subject to the policy of the product’s brand (referred to as “company” hereafter).
- Brand Warranty: Many products come with a warranty that can be claimed directly from the brand by the customer or dealer.
- Imported Products: For specific items like imported hard disks and RAM, we will provide replacement or refund services directly.
- Refunds: A refund will only be issued if we are unable to provide a replacement for the product.
- Warranty Details: Warranty information is provided in the description of each product.

Digital Products:
- Once a software license is delivered via email or WhatsApp, it cannot be returned or refunded, as these licenses are redeemable online and cannot be reused.
- If you do not receive your license key after a successful payment, we will refund the amount within 24-48 hours.
- Refunds will be issued if the wrong software license is provided.

Physical Products:
Shipping Charges
For the replacement or repair of any product:
- One-Way Shipping Cost: The customer or dealer will bear the shipping cost for sending the product to us.
- Return Shipping Cost: We will cover the shipping cost for sending the product back to the customer or dealer.
Cancellation, Return, & Refund Policy

Cancellation: Dealers and customers can cancel their orders before the product is shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer permitted.
- Full Refund: If an order is canceled before shipping, 100% of the amount will be refunded to the customer’s bank account within 48 hours. The refund will reflect in the bank account within 24-48 hours.

Refund Policy:
- Order Cancellation: If an order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be processed within same days.
- Replacement Delays: If we are unable to replace or repair a faulty product within 30 days of receiving it, a refund will be initiated.
- Rejected Repairs: If the product is rejected by the brand or company for repair, the un-repaired product will be sent back to the customer.
Shipping Charges:
- We do not charge for the delivery of digital software licenses via email or WhatsApp.
