1. Services (IT Support, Installation, Configuration, Repairs)

Non-Refundable Services

  • Once delivered, the following services are non-refundable:
    • Computer/laptop repair
    • Remote or onsite support
    • Printer and network configuration
    • CCTV and software installation

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, we encourage you to contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Service Cancellation

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

2. Digital Products (e.g., Software Keys, Bootable USB Tools)

Non-Refundable

  • All digital products—including:
    • Software license keys
    • Multi-OS bootable flash drives
    • Downloadable tools
      —are non-refundable once delivered or activated.

Please ensure that your system is compatible and you understand the product details before purchase.


3. Physical Products (CCTV Cameras, Accessories, Hardware Tools)

Return Window

  • Items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible, the product must be:
    • Unused and in original condition
    • With original packaging and accessories
    • Accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used USB drives or software installation tools
  • Opened software packaging
  • Custom-built or special-order items

Return Instructions

  • Email us at 📧 info@askitsupport.in with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, send the item to our return address. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange for a free replacement or refund after verification.
